I received my Master's Degree from the Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling Master's Program at Naropa University and have been working in the mental health field since 2015. In my private practice, I provide individual therapy to adult and adolescent clients, and at times I also run groups that focus on developing skills for emotional regulation and doing dreamwork.

I specialize in treating clients with anxiety; depression; career and “life’s calling” obstacles; emerging-adulthood issues; identity development; and the psychological, spiritual, and emotional challenges that are unique to those who deal with life-changing circumstances.

In therapy, I follow your strengths, beliefs, limits, and interests to direct the pace and direction of your path to emotional health.
