I view therapy as a

form of "assisted self-study".

This means that in our work together, my role is to support you while you develop the skills necessary for connecting to your authentic self and confidently navigating the best course for your life - no matter what challenges may arise.

 

There is a part of you that is already whole. This healthy part exists within all of us. It knows the deepest desires of your most authentic self, is confident in your ability to handle life's curveballs, and already has all of the information you will need to overcome current challenges and direct you toward developing the kind of mindset that will allow you to THRIVE.

My job is to teach you to listen to this wise inner part so that you will always have access to help when you need it. My professional training will

guide you in this process as you learn to identify and question the beliefs that set personal limits on how much success and happiness you allow to manifest in your life. I use empathy and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to encourage you to keep going past the points where you normally give in and to guide your attention toward the unacknowledged parts of self that are often at the root of our most frustrating behaviors.
